This special penthouse apartment on the Atlantic seaboard, Cape Town was a dream renovation and refurbishment project. Our client lives abroad but longed for a lock up and go home-away-from-home in the beautiful city of Cape Town.

With full trust in us, our client gave us the freedom to do a total gut, renovation and refurbishment of this once dated double story apartment. We kept the palette neutral and the space clean and contemporary. We replaced marble floors with solid oak flooring, cladded wall panels and classic screen work.

The soft furnishings were all custom made to compliment the space and our clients needs. This apartment houses some of the work of talented local artists such as Lionel Smit and Louw Roets. This is a project we are very proud of.
